What Is Shipping Protection?

Shipping Protection is an optional service offered at checkout that provides coverage for orders that are lost, damaged, or stolen during transit. When Shipping Protection is added to your order, you receive priority claim support and eligibility for a replacement shipment under the terms outlined below.

What Shipping Protection Covers

  • Packages confirmed as lost in transit by the shipping carrier
  • Items that arrive damaged due to shipping
  • Packages marked as delivered but not received (theft)

Resolution Process

If your protected order experiences a covered shipping issue, our primary resolution is:

  • Free reshipment of the affected item(s)

Refunds are issued only if a replacement shipment is not possible (for example, if the item is out of stock and no alternative is available).

What Is Not Covered

  • Incorrect, incomplete, or invalid shipping addresses provided by the customer
  • Orders marked as delivered to the correct address according to carrier tracking
  • Shipping delays caused by customs, weather, strikes, or carrier operational issues
  • Orders placed without Shipping Protection
  • Buyer’s remorse, accidental orders, or dissatisfaction unrelated to shipping damage

How to File a Shipping Protection Claim

To file a claim, please email info.affanoutlet@gmail.com with the following:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photo evidence (required for damaged items)

    OR send a message through our Contact Us page

Claims must be submitted within:

  • 7 days of delivery for damaged or stolen packages
  • 14 days from the last tracking update for lost packages

Claim Review & Approval

All claims are subject to verification, including review of carrier tracking information and customer-provided documentation. We reserve the right to deny claims that do not meet eligibility requirements or show signs of abuse.

Approved replacement orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Tracking details will be sent via email once the replacement ships.

Important Legal Notices

  • Shipping Protection fees are non-refundable once an order has shipped
  • Only one replacement is permitted per protected order
  • Shipping Protection does not override carrier delivery confirmations
  • Chargebacks or disputes filed without contacting us first may void Shipping Protection eligibility
  • Fraudulent or abusive claims may result in permanent claim denial
